If all ages are influenced by misinformation, should there be any age limits on voting?

Today we live in a world where misinformation spreads very quickly, especially on the internet and social media. False information can influence how people think about politics and important decisions.
In my opinion, the minimum voting age of 18 years old should stay, but there shouldn´t be a maximum age limit.
First of all, people under 18 are often more easily influenced. Teenagers are still growing and can´t create a strong opinion. Many young people get mos of their information from social media, and misinformation is very common. It is easy to belive something just because it is popular on social media.
Young people can also be strongly influenced by the opinions of their family, or people who live with them. Sometimes they just think that the opinion of their families is the best, because they don´t have information about. For this reason, waiting until people are adults helps make sure that voters are more independent and able to have a critical and strong opinion.
However, I don´t think there should be a maximum age for voting. Older people have more life experience, and this experience can help them make more consistent decisions. They have lived through different political situations and understand how goverment decisions can affect society over time.
In addition, many political decisions directly affect older people, such as healthcare, pensions, and social services. Because of this, it wouldn´t be fair to remove their right to vote just because of their age.
In conclusion, misinformation is a big and serious problem, but limiting the vote for older people wouldn´t solve it. Keeping the voting age at 18 while allowing people of all older ages to participate is a fair balance for a democratic society.
