Can technology make sports more equal, or does it only widen the gap between competitors?

Today I am going to be talking about if technology makes sports more equal or if only widens the gap between competitors. I think that technology can make sports more equal in the Olympics because it can help you count more accurately , because if you count on your fingers it would not be very accurate . here are some more reasons why I think technology is good for the winter Olympics .
One important reason is it can help measure time and help you get better with what sport you competing in . it can also help disabled people compete with more and more sports like a running race or tennis . it can also help with better or being more efficient with some sports .it is also extremely good for equipment like footballs , tennis balls and golf balls to measure how far they go and how much pressure .
Another reason is entertainment , it can make it more interesting when they use footballs that can measure how far it went and how long it was in the air for ,golf balls can measure how faf they have gone and tennis balls can measure how many times they have been hit before they have reached the ground and how long it was in the air for .
However , some people think that technology is bad for many reasons such as , if it over heats it can damage the quality of their performance . and if someone plays around with the equipment it can hurt them .
Overall, I think that technology I good and very help full
