Can technology make sports more equal, or does it only widen the gap between competitors?

I think it could make it more fair for people with disablites and it could make it easier for people with disabilites because it would make it safer for them and it wouldn't make it more likely to be dangerous.

Reason one and supporting fact, example or piece of evidence: something to make Formula 1 safer is the halo because if they crash or flip over they wont fall out because it protects them from hurting themselves and going to the hospital. Because if they get hurt they won't be able to do racing until they recover their injury.

Reason two and supporting fact, example or piece of evidence: a piece of tech make that will make footage avalible for team members to see is okay because it would be easier to see if something happens or if it or not like; if they didn't see any fouls. And it's good for video asistant referees.

Reason three and supporting fact, example or piece of evidence: people with disabilites should be helped in sports to make it easier or even safer because for normal people it's easier and it's hard for people with disabilites.

Someone who disagrees might think that if you disagree not to make people with disablites safer and easier it would still make it harder and it wouldn't make it fair for them.

My standpoint news and quotes would help because it will help other people.
