Does the use of technology make new world records less impressive than those of the past?

New world record are not less impressive because of technology.because athletic still need exceptional talent , discipline and hard work . For example USAIN BOLT set the hundred meter world record of 9.58sec in 2009 at the world championships in athletics.although modern training method, improve running tracks , and sports science existed ,bolt 's natural speed , preparations and determination were the key reasons for this achievement Some people argue that technology makes breaking records easier today . However even with advanced equipment and better training, athletic must still compete at extreme high level , so new more records remain impressive and inspiring achievements
