Fito. Who is he and what is wrong?

I will be writing about the concern of prisions in Ecurador. This is important because a wanted man(Fito) is on the run the run from a so-called max-security prision which is worrying because he is the leader of a MASSIVE drug gang. The security is not good enough as Fito's escape method was thought to bribery.

I think the training for security and wage should be better so that they can be more efficient at there job.
