prisons in Equador

Im doing Prisons in Equador. The prisons have been letting crime slip - by that i mean about Fito escaping from prison.
Im doing this subject becuase i think this must be stopped. Apparently the gards helped Fito escape, yes they were probally threatend but if u chose to be a gard in a highly secured prison i think u should stand for what u are ment to do, and if u cant do that then u shouldn't be doing that job at all.
But then, he did go to prison before so he probally knew what to do from his last breakout .
The people who would be afected by this matter is the society because they are going to think they are going to be attacked by Fito. Becuase of this there should be lots of searches insted of one. They cabnt just be like " oh well we cant find him so lets just give up". if we do that then Fito is going to feel more powerful and attack way more often.
They should think of keeping it secret so nobody freaks out and think that Fito is on there road.But then it must be hard to keep such a criminal in a small prison sell when he has already broken out of one prison.
They should keep there methods more afishant so they can catch him quicker.
