Women Role in Media

Women are the blessing from God and without women,life is not complete even the world circle is incomplete without women's appearance. As we all know women have the power to make a good nation. If I look around my self here is also a main role of women like mother, sister and as a teachers etc, they all are trying to do their best duties with responsibilities. Women have ability to bear difficulties with passion. They can face the challenges with inner power.
If we look back in history women have survived and faced many challenges like harassment, discrimination and unequal pay resists when they come out of home and trying to make their future bright or try to make their dreams come true.
I must admit that women also played a vital role in media throughout the centuries with full of passion but they also faced challenges like gender bias and unequal representation.
Despite these challenges, women realised the world that they can also do same as men. They can be good business women, teachers, pilot, engineers and also in the field of media can be a good influencers, writers, filmmakers, anchors, and social activists etc as well.

If we observe under the eye of media, we realised that women have abilities to share the realities in very effective way and can also highlight the issues on social media as well as print and electronic media through their critical thinking and as a mind of change agent. If women are the part of media they can strongly work for the women issues as well and raised the voice against their rights to overcome the challenges.
We can play a role as a nation to promote and appreciate women role in media through gender equality policies and to celebrate women's achievements individually and also as a nation at their work place and as well as through all type of media.
