AI THE GOOD AND THE BAD

I personally think that AI can can seriouslly affect the way people think and work.For example when AI takes over tasks that involve using our brains individuals could have a decrease in how me mentally and phisically engage with others.It can affect the way we work by making jobs easier and quicker.
Another way AI can affect us as a whole is by taking human task to think and work more efficiantlly.But because it helps us in many different ways for example it can help with things such as natural disasters ,help stop deforestation and track endangered animals which shows us that it can also benifical the enviroment.
My overall opinion is that AI is benafical for us but we need to make it more sustainible.
