AI: who should have AI and should it be banned

I think only some people should have AI like if doctors didn't have AI they won't be able diagnose your illness or if forest rangers didn't have AI they won't be able to save forests from deforestation and there will be no trees so you won't be able to breath or a scientist needs AI because they use AI to spot out danger far away or a parent will need AI because they will need to keep their children safe by searching up stuff or food to make sure they chose the right food for their childs allergies.
Maybe one day AI will be more sustainable so everybody could use it and they won't hurt the earth but for now I think AI should be banned for only some people.

I disagree because AI can be used to teach many people who don't know things, and can also be use to educate people in so many places and at any time. AI can also be used to home school for people who are going through mental issues and also be of great use to activists who are trying to stop global warming.
