Is AI good or bad

Some people think AI is negative becuase it can Endanger animals becuase land is being cleared to make space to store waste and make the buildings to store all the technology needed for the giant computers. But I think its good and useful in some ways and is helping develop many areas of science and technology. One positive impact about AI is that it can help docters,nurses,teachers and news reporters to not have to keep writing on paper so they can just write on a computer so it doesnt take so long. They are able to save time on some tasks and find out information in a flash. saving time means saving money.
The yes or no problem that you might think it is good in some ways and bad in the other because it releases green house gases into the world which is increasing the destruction of our planet and the animals in our world. Toxix waste and the waste products from the huge AI computers are filling up our land and polluting our land, sea and air.
I believe we should be very careful on our use of AI and only use where it benefits the environment or our health, not for fun and lesire.
