Which problem caused by gender inequality is the most urgent to fix in your country?

We think that stereotypes are the most urgent to fix in the country because as seen as people have been used to males ‘leading’ the country people can’t get out of the idea that women can’t do anything major to help our world. This is a great example of gender inequality because it shows that people don’t appreciate women as much as men even if they are smarter and have higher experience in that subject.

Women are less able to get a job in most places this is because sometimes males voices are heard more than females sometimes it isn’t always about gender inequality but it could be about not enough females in the area. one of the main reasons males have bigger job opportunities is because they can tend to work longer and they can be willing to supposedly travel more than females and another reason is because there are more positions available that males are most likely suited for so in some jobs not all roles/positions are best suited for females
