this lesson thought me on the last lesson I had which was yesterday about the creativity of the paper plane well even though mine didn't enter the basket at least I made sure that I made it to finish but the help of my team mate we put our brain together to learn more about it ,it also made me to know that two head two head are better than one thanks for the lesson and the best team mates I had because a word says that united we stand divided we fall 'thanks for the lesson and I really appreciate .
The lesson about making a paper air plane to make it enter the basket was interesting and the class was fun. What I learnt from the game is that not all the paper air planes that were made entered the basket because:
1. Some used card boards and some used ordinary paper.
2. Some teams did not use the scissors and tape given to them.
3. Some teams used two papers to make the air plane while others used one.
All these different materials is what made some to enter the basket and some not to and I also learnt that team work is important and it is not good to have problems with your team mates because there will no be togetherness and cooperation. Thank you very much topical talk I really appreciate.
This lesson taught me that most sport teams use technolgy and that even when it looks like an athlete is using real skills they are mostly using technolgy. We also saw that some teams have better advantage than others. My team only had paper clips paper and scissors. We were in last place because one of our teammates decided to start making the paper plane with their own design when we didn't even agree on it.
this is lesson no the paper plane is some people throw the plane in the basket. and some people the not thorw it in side basket and it go into the basket.
the lesson for me was very amazing and inspiring because i really wanted to learn and study about sports and if there’s gonna be any investigation about it. i really enjoyed when we got to learn about when people are gonna start using tech in sport and how it could help people cheat or it could help people in general
We did this lesson today in the class and i think it's great way to show how the tehnology and sport are connected. Also my group remembered or maybe learned how to make paper plane and how to improve it to be faster and stronger
I really liked the lesson. I made a lot of progress both in creativity as an individual and working in a team. the first paper plane was not really a paper plane but a crumpled ball of paper. unfortunately for us, the professor and the other teams decided to disqualify us because we didn't actually make a paper plane. but we still got a second chance to make an even better plane. we managed to make an airplane with additional materials that was very precise. the point of this story and that lesson for us was that we should never give up, even if something holds us back at the beginning, and that we should do our best to overcome our limits. Im thankful to the festival for giving me important skills i didnt relized i had.
Thsi lesson thought me that using technology can make sport easier.Well,I liked this because I developed new skill, and that is making paper airplane.I mean its not much but for me,its a big deal.We had amazing time, its one of best moments in my class so far.I rarely watch sport,I only watch Handball and Football, because I am from Croatia, and sport in Croatia is big deal.I mean, Bars are full when some game is played, one goal and then it gets crazy, jumping, yelling and breaking things because of happiness.I mean I love that energy that we have when game is played,I feel united with people around me, because we share same feeling, pride to be Croatian. Because of this lesson,I really want to start watching sports, like Taekwondo and F1,I think these are interesting sports.I saw few famous people from those sports, and I am really getting interested into sports.I have friend that practices taekwondo, she is amazing and powerful.I really believe in her.So my friend and this lesson are waking feeling of wanting to watch sports.
the live launch lesson was great.
I developed and evolved my creativity, making the paper planes, throwing into the basket and earning points.
The part of the lesson I had keen interest in was the part where i had that in the winter games you can comment whether for talent or technology.
Then they was a time where they said that they is a new technology that keeps you safe during racing by cars, so they was an arguement about safety or fun.
I said, that "no matter how interesting that game is and very exciting if you play without abiding in safety rules you might not play the sport again because you might kick the bucket" .
I learnt a lot from the live launch lesson,
Thanks for reading.
Hello Topical Talkers,
For me as a topical talker, topical talk has helped me in my public speaking, and interaction with others.
Also it has helped me with my creativity and art skills by teaching us how to use things around us to create things, thanks to topical talk I can make a lot of thing like paper airplanes etc.
Thank you 💕
This lesson was very good , it taught me a lot about VAR and it really shows you what the most important parts are about. My favourite part was when we did the paper airplanes
This lesson thought me how the tech made the world so easy at the sports
I think the sports world record now ,how it may help me as well as who it made as to really mostly one tech than on there talent
Everyone in my class was discussing if it was fair to have different amounts of the same thing like tape .my team had one strip of tape ,another team had three strips of tape and another had a whole role of tape .but one team in particular had a paper plane ina unique shape but it actually got in the basket .Their equipment was just two paper clips .After that everyone was discussing how it got in the basket and how they can improve their own plane .my team got 15 points and I think that it was because of the shape ,style and size that allowed a team to get their plane into the basket .our plane was small but agile and even though we got the third highest score I think that the structure was just fine and I think I was also about the aiming of were the plane goes .

This lesson taught me a lot about different perspectives. (Twist or Stick) showed me that despite an answer that seems obvious to you, others will always have varying perspectives and arguments because there is no “right” answer, there are many. During this lesson we were asked to stick to our original stance, or after hearing others arguments to change our minds. I often changed my stance, because I realized what I believed to be right wasn’t always right in the eyes of others as we have different values, and all sides would have to be considered to find any solutions. I have tried to keep that in mind in the past week, and it’s helped me look at current world issues in new lights, and has helped me understand others un our society, and talk to others about potential solutions.
It’s really important to listen to many perspectives, as it helps to better communication and better understanding to others.
It helps build trust and safety, as when people feel respected with their different opinion, they are safer and more confident and comfortable.
Of course it encourages others to ask more questions to understand your perspective, which results in an open-ended question conversation.
I myself was sticking to a simple perspective which seemed right to me, while not to others, many other people after listening to my point got persuaded and changed their minds and stuck to my perspective (that’s the whole thing of having “different perspectives”; sticking to your opinion while listening to others, and then whether changing to the another one cuz it seems a lot more convenient or just staying with your opinion and persuading others of how your opinion seems better to you).
This lesson taught me that technology is always around us and it helps us in almost everything we do. Well I'm a girl and many people say that football is not for girls but I really like football and my favourite footballer is Christiano Ronaldo. This lesson also taught me that no matter your gender, you can still be anything you want to be and sometimes I think and tell myself, ''I love football but I don't to become a footballer'', and that is where technology comes in, sport games like Dream League Soccer 26 or 25, EA sports, Formula 1, Golf Blitz and many more were created for sports lover people like me but don't want them as their future ambitions. These games help us to fell like we are right in those games and the part I like the most is that you can play them at the comfort of your home and still fell like a footballer. Thanks to all these sports games, I am happy to say that I know how to do some impressive football skills like maradona turn and elastico although I am still learning more skills and my classmates especially the boys were shocked and all thanks to the creators of some amazing sports games. We also did some football practicals in school and I learnt more things about football like when it was created in 1863 in England. Thank you. : )
Well what I learnt from the lesson is that we had a debate in my class on whether VARs are better than human referees and well I was for the motion that VARs are better than human referees and yes, I acknowledge the fact that it deprives humans some job opportunities but some other footballers will feel bad if they get deprived of some points that were rightfully theirs and I gave some other very valid points and because I have been a topical talker, it really helped me to win the debate and I'm sincerely happy to be here and for all the referees out there, I just want you to know I am proud of you guys and I am a really big fan so try your best to become better and make others proud.
This lesson thought about creativity and knowledge. It teaches about different types of sports played in different countries, how to play etc. The plane activity is really amazing and our teamwork makes us to gain more points. They arranged a inverted chair and placed far from me. If the paper plane is not touch the chair, we get no points. If the plane is touch the chair and landed at the ground, we get five points. If the plane is landed on the chair, we get 10 points.First our team played,at first we got 5 points, then we changed the length of the plane and then we gain 10 points by landing the paper plane on the inverted chair. We get the ideas from different perspectives so that we won the paper aeroplane activity.
