The Bully XL: what should be allowed?

The British prime minister, Rishi Sunak, has announced that he would like to ban the Bully XL dog by the end of the year, following a series of attacks by the breed.

Under the proposed ban, existing Bully XL dogs will not be "destroyed" but new rules are being agreed.
