For this job you will be willing to spend five hours of your time as you will be having to hang up decorations and be there throughout the whole party and as you can imagine that is extremely time consuming but don't worry it still will be enjoyable. You also will have to be resilient and diligent since not everything will go to plan and you will need to resolve these problems with the skills of problem solving. You will also have to be social which means you need the skills of speaking and listening as you will encounter lots of people and you will need to talk to them and make them enjoy the party experience so much that they ask us to come back. You also have to have a way with words. This means you are entertaining and funny not shy to present yourself in front of others. If you do not tick this box I may as well have hired a robot since a robot could easily hang up all the decorations but wont be able to interact with others. With this fun comes strict rules. First of all you are not allowed to be irresponsible. This means you need to set an example for others always being kind and helpful showing how good we train our employees. You also are not allowed to use technology on the job except before and after the party because technology will not let you focus on the party but on the digital screen. Hello this is my competetion entry
Your job will be to help young childrens during the christmas holidays to make christmas decorations! Because you will be making easy to craft childrens decorations there is not many skills that you have to require. Although you will need to be above 15 and will need to be able to decently stick, cut and be able to explain and supervise to the young children.
Some extra information that you might like to know is that your working hours will be 10am to 5pm and will get paid 5 points per hour. Your uniform will be a wacky christmas jumper with some plain legging, trousers or jeans. Unfochanatly due to the high prices we will not be providing food, drink or vehicles.
Of course as children are quite sensitive and needy their are a few rules,
You must try to keep you temper and not shout or say anything that could potentialy hurt someones feelings.
You must make sure that the children are supervised at all time.

Our training is based ona party where you will pretend to be a festive party planner and plan the party. Food will be the first thing on the list so you will need to think what that person might like. Now perhaps if it was a kid then you would probably do chocolate and probably pizza. Now perhaps if it was for adults then you would probably do some beer and somthing else.The next thing on the list is party decorations. This is a main part of the party so you will need to think hard about what you are going to do. The second to last thing is the party activities(for the kids)! You will need to have at least 3 party activities instead of 1 so that it would not be boring.The last and final thing on the list is the setting/place. You celebrate a party at your house, beach, trampoline park and other stuff. You need to have a place to celebrate otherwise it’s not a party! So you need to think hard about what place you're celebrating in.Of course you will have to ask the person(who is maybe the birthday girl/boy or anything else) to see what they like and then maybe you could figure out what place the celebration will be hosted.That is some tips on how you can get the job!
