The challenges of doctors between immigration and serving the country
This post was written by a student. It has not been fact checked or edited.
Doctors face internal conflicts between emigration from their countries in search of a life of luxury and research centers, and between their countries that await them to treat their people and advance the level of their countries.
But many respond that their countries do not secure them if they have the lowest level they aspire to reach after their difficult studies and the years they spent between books and the money they spent.
Can their country control them and prevent them from emigrating? Or is it too late?

We can still prevent emigrating if we get enough doctors for most or all hospitals around the world, but mostly Africa they have barely any doctors and not modern medicine for the kids, kids in Africa have died from AIDS, Famine, and the risk of debt distress. Doctors need to spread around other countries and help kids who can't the same help as everyone else.
I agree because. because in semi-arid areas children die alot due to dehydrayion and lack of food caused by famine. And the best solution is to organise charity events and build dams and for water storage.
