Nepotism affects the world in so many ways. It makes people feel unwanted by a company. It creates a sense of hatred and fued between workers who deserve the job and workers who just got it because of nepotism. Nepotism in the workplace harms the morale of employees. It also harms their engagement and productivity. I agree because, if you want to start a business and you want to go far in that business you should avoid nepotism because maybe the family member you are hiring is not suited for that position and you hire him/her they will be making mistakes that can make the business lose profits and maybe the people you denied the job that you gave the family member may have the working experience that can help the business to grow.
I believe avoiding nepotism is the best option if you want to start a business but along the line if the family and friend is qualified for the job, you can hire the person.
