Will AI do more harm or more good in the world?

AI is causing much more harm to the world. Many people use AI to do work, for example writing papers, making tests and so much more, but these are things anyone can do with the right amount of effort and work. It seems that AI has made many people lazy.
Artificial intelligence has caused many people to be extremely lazy, making some people think that with one click of a button everything is done for them.
Did you know when a website called “character.ai” is opened 0.83 grams of CO2 (carbon dioxide)is produced? AI is used in many people's everyday lives, some people even believe that it makes lives easier. And that may be true, but it causes harm to the earth we live in because of how much CO2 is produced alone from just the usage of artificial intelligence. Luckily CO2 is not toxic to breathe in but when presented in high conditions, it can cause you to be dizzy or light headed.
I believe that in the future that advancement of artificial intelligence will grow so much to the point that it might even take over humanity, for example artificial intelligence could take over jobs causing people to be jobless, which equates to people losing money. Many people are too focused on the advancement of AI and robotics and not on the advancement of humankind. And several jobs have been replaced with AI. These following occupations have been replaced by AI: Cashiers, telemarketers, data-entry clerks, and customer service agents. Luckily a plethora of jobs still require human effort.
I know that many people will disagree with me, for example, people that use AI on a daily basis. I stand by my opinion because it is very simple for people to do things without the help of AI and it is saddening to see how much artificial intelligence has taken from the human race. And by the looks of it this will not be getting any better. Day by day it's shown that this problem is getting worse and worse and I'm scared of what's to come in the future.
In conclusion, AI causes many problems and harm to the earth. Although I can see some benefits of AI, my overall opinion has not changed. The facts prove that AI does more harm than good.
