In my opinion it is a problem because he one of the most richest people in the world and he also bought Tesla and X(Twitter). Many people voted for Donald Trump because Elon Musk said he would give 1,000,000 dollars to a random person in a Swing State if they were to vote for Donald Trump this is a way that Elon Musk has used his power to try to persuade people into doing something that maybe they were not wanting to do.
