Written standpoint on Russia and Ukraine

In February 2022, Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine and began occupying more of the country, starting the biggest conflict in Europe since World War II. The war has resulted in a refugee crisis and tens of thousands of deaths. Ukrainian troops during the war in Donbas, 2014. I think the best way to report the war is to ask people from Ukraine and Russia how they feel about the war going right now. Through people’s personal stories about their experience.

It is very sad that buildings like hospitals are being bombed and schools, now children have to do online lessons that would affect their knowledge, now there is a hospital underneath the ground.

Since the start of the Russia-Ukraine war, over 10 million Ukrainians have been forced to flee.An estimated 1.3 million Russians have sought asylum in other countries since the invasion of Ukraine.
