most important decision need to be made in syria

i suggest the first most important thing needed in syria is a new government to make decisions. hopefully aid will be brought from other countries and then syria should be able to grow their military so that way its safe for the refugees to return.
if refugees went back to syria they could help rebuild houses hospitiles and more. syrias population would incease if refugees came back and this is good as it can increase economic growth getting the government money and others so they can spend on building shools hospitles and more.
others may think the first thing to do is not choose a government however i disagree as a government would be able to help in many other ways aswell such as stablise the economoy, offer jobs out, build helpful buildings.
as for the refugees i suggest they should go back to syria as it can help the country and them because a higher population and increase the economy and they would be able to reunite with freinds and family.
to choose a government they should either: have citizens choose a government (somone willing and would be good at it) or another country supplying aid should have their government incharge temperary and chosen by citizens. iv stated that either way the citizens should choose the government because that way they can be positive that the country will be in good hands.
in conclusion a new government would be best and first most important decision in my opinion as it can help in multiple ways even if they choose any decison by choosing a government.

Hello Topical Talkers. In my personal opinion the problem that Syria needs to organise at this moment is the country's stability. After tha fall of the brutal Assad regime the country had shift, the new government promised they would sort out the key problem stability. Fisrt of all Assad loyalties still remain in the country and they are armed which could potentially impact on the civilians which is not stable. The economy isnt stable either, yes the currency has become more valuable, but on the other hand once they start printing money the currency will collapse. People ask, so why don't they print money? This is because the banks of Syria had been corrupted and they can't print internationally because the country doesn't have enough money and the economy is not stable.
It is very difficult to bring the country back to it's former glory, rebuilding Syria will be difficult because the damage costs over 250 billion $! Thats very expensive, and without international help and aid the country will struggle. Thank you topical talkers for listening and reading.
