Russia - Ukraine war

My big question for this standpoint is: “what is the most urgent issue in the Russia- Ukraine war, armed force, education or healthcare?”
My opinion on my big question is that health care is more important in Ukraine because out of 720 hospitals only 450 are still operating so that means 270 hospitals aren't operating anymore and if Russia is bombing Ukraine hospitals that means there will be no more hospital to look after the injured people.
I also thought that armed forces are important for Ukraine as we (England) gave Ukraine supplies in total, the UK has committed £12.8 billion for Ukraine: £7.8 billion in military support. £5 billion in non-military support and with us supporting them it can't go on forever. They need to grow their strength.

You raise an interesting point around what the priorities are for the Ukrainian government and the Ukrainian people. Where do you see a conflict between what might be the government's priorities and those for the people? And how do you see priorities changing or evolving over the short, medium and long-term?
Russia and Ukraine have been at war for 3 years and there were points where it was the most talked about war and where people have forgotten but it is stopping people in Ukraine to get job or money food and just survive
Ukraine and Russian war is already bad now with countries giving them lot of aids, more than $400 billion to Ukraine not to talk of Russia. Many countries are trying their best, US is sending supplies to Ukraine and China buying more goods from Russia to help boost its economy. Other countries are doing other things for example sending soldiers to fight (North Korea) and giving their refugees a place to stay (Poland). People are doing things like forming charity groups and sending them money.
But, even though the war ends tomorrow, rebuilding Ukraine and Russia can cause lot of money. Hospitals, houses, buildings, schools, news station ,food, medical aid and law enforcement agencies would be needed. Money will also be needed for other things like rehabilitation, build economy, pay people to do these jobs, and other daily expenses.
If we stop helping these countries it can affect the worlds economy and we can lose a lot of things greatly.
In conclusion not helping countries can create sense of betrayal and hatred among countries.
I agree because now that people from other countries have been giving support to Russia and Ukraine, there has been reduction of severe injuries and death. The countries that have been supporting Ukraine and Russia are also contributing supplies to help them build back their infrastructure like schools, buildings. We should not stop helping and supporting Russia and Ukraine unless both of the countries resolve the matter of the war. Their economy will start to drop because both countries will fire their bombs and it will destroy everything that they have invested in their country. In conclusion, if we don't do something to stop the war between Russia and Ukraine, it may only cause future problems for us.
Interesting thoughts @willing_solution. Can you give me an example of what you think we could do to stop the war between Russia and Ukraine?
Yes that is interesting point that healthcare is very important. Hospitals are very important and it brilliant to have them but them bombing them. Also a question for you," What also do they bomb that people need it very important things to them.
