Earth day: tougher climate laws?

A lot of the power to protect the planet lies within people's lifestyle choices. Do we need tougher climate laws? Ahead of Earth Day on April 22nd, help students understand the urgency of the "climate crisis" and debate whether laws should be adjusted.
