Firstly, I will like to say wonderful standpoint. We are the cause of earth's problems, due to our negligence and irresponsibility we and planet are facing severe climate issues. We are destroying our waterbodies, cutting down millions of trees, dumping plastics and trash openly, burning openly and using devices more . This has led humans into a dystopian era, the earth is responding to our negligence's by giving us natural disasters, severe weather conditions, sicknesses etc. This has led people to go through eco-anxiety, and ither metal heath issues. It has affected our agriculture, economy, they we live, etc. In my opinion I think it is our responsibility to fix this mess we have caused. It's time to take a stand against climate change. No more waiting for some hero or people with high authority to solve our issue, we must be all hero's all of us together as one. Recycling plastics, putting hazard warning around waterbodies, planting more trees in places where deforestation has taken place. reduce using vehicles , use more bicycles and walk more, use more eco-friendly devices to help reduce climate change. I know people around the world are sacred and have given up ,but I believe that there is hope for the future and we are hope all of us, doing our apart diligently and restoring the planet we once knew.
Hi there zestful artic fox, I absolutely agree with you. Our planet is sending clear signals about the impact we’ve had, or like a response to our actions. It’s inspiring to see that I’m not the only one hoping for change. You’re right, we don’t need to wait a single hero who pops out of the blue. We must be our heroes, our planet’s heroes. It’s like the Earth declaring a state of emergency, and we all need to come together to help. We could practice simple things like turning off lights and unplugging electronics when not in use, choose eco-friendly transportation like walking, biking, or public transport, in your area, you could plant more trees. if there is financial support, we help by removing as much plastic waste as possible. There's surely hope for the future. Every bit we do adds up as we work together. After all, we are the cause of climate change, so we must be the solution to this. So, let’s aim for restoring our planet🌿and creating a healthier, more sustainable future for all. Thank you.
Thanks for your message about the importance of taking action to address climate change and environmental degradation. You're right that it's up to all of us to make a difference, and there are many things we can do to contribute, like walking, biking, or taking public transportation instead of driving, fixing leaks in our homes to save water, and recycling to reduce waste. We can also advocate for policy change and support sustainable practices in our communities.
I'm glad to hear your belief in the potential for positive change, and I'm committed to working towards a sustainable future for all.
Your lines saying "we are the thieves" grabbed my attention yes I also think that we the thieves but what such precious things are we stealing ?! We stealing the lives of our future generations, our planet's beauty by building polluting industries, forests and many more...this robbery is from our mother earth who always nourished us like her children and what we are returning?..we are giving tons of chemicals and toxins to are surroundings, pollution, global warming and many more...saying "save earth" won't save it but taking initiatives to actually save our earth can save our lives and prevent us from getting the title "murderers of earth"!!!!
I agree because... Here in West Africa, we experience severe heat waves due to our incompetence and laziness in taking care of our planet. We burn trash and waste openly; we cut down trees just to build more factories that will increase carbon. Due to illegal mining and the spillage of mercury and crude oil into water bodies, it has affected many human lives negatively. Using vehicles more instead of less has affected our ozone layer and our air. Heat levels have risen drastically. Livestock die rapidly, food has become scarce, and drought has killed so many children. In my opinion, we are the only solution and hope in saving our planet so instead of relying on politicians, activists, presidents and people of higher authority in society we should do the necessary things we must like recycling, using bicycles and connecting with nature. Avoid activities like games that produce carbon footprint and use eco-friendly devices.
I must say you have made a very good point. The tone of your voice just grabbed my attention that yes now it's time to take actions. We are less likely to think about the future we are stepping in. If we are not conscious and protect it, then who will? The fact is that for our present development we are not even ashamed to be the thief. We are stealing the future for our own needs. We the people are the cause of deforestation, increasing carbon emission and destroying the marine lives. Have you ever considered what's the benefits of planning so many things about the future when we can't protect it? Just give a second pause and think about it. I believe that now it's the time to take actions. What are we waiting for? Trust me if now you are still not aware of the environment and try to protect it, then it will become too late to take steps. We have to try to protect the environment from our own perspective. All single actions matter. You can't neglect your part saying that your little step won't make any difference. Protecting the earth is the result of our combine efforts and actions. So, no more waiting. Just start to care about the earth from where you are. There still a little hope for the future if you start taking steps from now. Let's together protect our future, our beloved earth.
