If I could meet Roman Kuziv I would ask him the following questions:
1. Were you the only doctor at the time of the war?
2. Did you face big challenges while building and designing the underground hospitals?
3. How many soldiers did you attend to?
4. What helps you lead your team during difficult times?
i would like to meet roman because i want to see how he has been living in ukraine and what his personal opinion about the russia vs ukraine war.
First, it would be a pleasure to meet a warrior from the largest recent conflict. I would ask Roman the following:
1. How did you cope with the trauma of witnessing civilian deaths from bombs, and how did you manage to remain composed under the constant threat of falling concrete from ballistic missiles?
2. How did you decide to serve your nation, even risking your life? Was this a childhood aspiration, or did it develop later? Did the thought of giving up, triggered by a human's natural instinct of survival, ever come to mind, and if so, how did you convince yourself to keep working?
3. Did this stress affect your performance as head of medical services? How did you manage to keep your mental well-being right? I would appreciate an answer, as I find pending assignments incredibly stressful. Your method of staying cool and operating on injured personnel nonstop in a much more demanding position could possibly help me overcome this problem.
4. How did you keep working when your equipment supply was at its lowest or any soldier's situation was critical? This response would help me manage my work under a deadline.
5. How will you contribute to the re-establishment of civil and military medicines after the war ends?
If I could meet Roman , then I would ask him the following questions:
1. What was the most unexpected challenge you faced while designing Ukraine's first underground hospital?
2. How do you adapt medical training for doctors and medics working in high risk , war zone conditions?
3. Have you ever witnessed any battlefield medical techniques that could change the future of civilian health care?
4.What role does technology , AI or robotics , play in medical care on the front line?
5. How do you balance the need for accessibility when operating underground hospitals?
6. If you could give one piece of advice to future military leaders, what would it be?
Asking him these questions would really give a more clear thought and improve my understanding.
1I will ask him how do you rescue the army if they are throwing bomb at any time
2 have you run out of drug or bandage how will you get it
3 how did you feel when it was your first time rescuing an army
